The aim of the project is to develop and to test building-integrated technologies of water treatment and water purification for the irrigation and fertilization of building-integrated greenhouse farms. The hygienically safe use of related water and nutrient flows is at focus. The project includes research on the potentials and opportunities of building-typological and urban spatial integration of Roof Water-Farm types for fish- and plant production. Challenges and risks of the transferability of this comprehensive infrastructural technology will be analyzed within the context of an innovative urban water resource management and urban food production. Guidances for different actors as well as media of communication will be developed and published.

World Park (ing) Day – once every year parking lots all over the world transform into small parks. This is an initiative of REBAR. The Initiative transformed into a World Park (ing) Day network. We are part of it, danced and tried to discover songlines in the city center of Berlin. Thanks to REPAIR BERLIN and Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung for coordination and support.

World Park(ing) Day – auf Initiative der Künstlergruppe REBAR verwandeln sich einmal im Jahr Parkplätze für einige Stunden weltweit in Parks. Aus der Initiative ist ein globales World Park(ing) Day – Netzwerk geworden. Wir sind Teil davon, tanzten und machten uns gemeinsam mit Passanten auf die Suche nach Songlines im Zentrum von Berlin. Premiere Water Makes Money – the Film is a critical documentary about the privatization of the element and ressource water. The premiere was organized by different initiatives all over Europe. Together with Brotfabrik Berlin and the initiative Volksbegehren Unser Wasser we organized one of the premiere-events, discussed the organization of water management as a municipial task and asked about personal wishes linked to the element water.

Premiere Water Makes Money – der Film dokumentiert und kritisiert die Privatisierung des Elementes und der Ressource Wasser und wurde europaweit uraufgeführt. Wir organisierten eine der Premieren gemeinsam mit der Brotfabrik Berlin und der Initiative Volksbegehren Unser Wasser, um Möglichkeiten und Risiken des Wassermanagements im Rahmen der kommunalen Daseinsvorsorge zu diskutieren. Die Installation fragte nach privaten Wünschen, die mit dem Wasser verbunden sind.
